Gili Trawangan

Gili Trawangan, a subset of the Gili Islands archipelago that includes Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air, as well as more than 20 other minor islands, is situated close off the north-eastern coast of Lombok and to the west of Bali. It is perhaps the most sophisticated and hospitable out of all. The largest of the Gili Islands has developed into the perfect location for freediving, scuba diving, and snorkeling, thanks to its infrastructure focused on tourism and outstanding marine biology.

There are flights and ferry journeys available to go to Gili Trawangan, which is only 45 minutes from Bali. Gili Trawangan is a popular tourist destination that offers resorts with modest huts, swimming pools, and eateries. Gili Trawangan contains locals of many races residing in a settlement along the east coast of the island, unlike other islands that are somewhat remote.

The island is also well-known for its wild parties with techno beats that keep people dancing until the early hours of the morning. Additionally, it has a profusion of coral formations and marine life, making it an ideal location for adventure tourists. Gili Trawangan has been a favorite honeymoon location for couples seeking peace and seclusion, and it has become increasingly popular as a wedding venue.
