Hot Air Balloon

Hot Air Ballooning in Nepal has not a long history. Chris Dewhirst and his friend did an expedition to fly over Mount Everest in 1991. Later this sport also started commercially in Kathmandu valley. But due to various reasons, it came to an end in Kathmandu.

Later on, Hot Air Ballooning was introduced in Pokhara on 17th November 2018. It is the latest adventure sport in Pokhara. Like other activities, Hot Air ballooning has become one of the popular activities among tourists within a short time.

Hot air ballooning in Pokhara provides to see the mighty Himalayas. Flying like a bird, seating in wicker, and exploring the magnificent views of Mount Annapurna, Mount Fishtail, Mount Dhaulagiri, Mount Hiunchuli, Lamjung Himal, Mount Manaslu, and other peaks. Balloonists can view lakes, green mountains, rivers, villages, and local farmland.
