Customer Relation Officer (Outbound Tour) :- 2 Person

Requirements:-

  • Should have completed minimum Bachelor Degree (Hospitality Management Preferred)
  • Should have 3-5 years experience in selling outbound tour package
  • Should have extensive knowledge of all potential outbound destinations and the associated VISA procedure
  • Should have good English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Should have good knowledge of MS word, Excel

          Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling quires related outbound tour
  • Taking initiative on work to generate revenue for organization
  • Making report of all quires handled and submit it to the line manager
  • Need to follow up all pending quires on need basis

 

Front Desk Assistance:- 2 Person

Requirements:-

  • Should have completed minimum +2 in any Discipline
  • Should have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Should have to be Fluency in English.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS word, Excel
  • Should have good personnel appearance and dynamic personality

 

           Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving Telephone Calls
  • Responsible for Handling Front Desk
  • Handle the complaints and any other Grievances
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Provide the perfect response to the visitors
  • Provide the excellent support through online chat software
