Day to Day Itinerary

  • Day 1: Srinagar

    Srinagar Meals: Not Applicable Welcome to Srinagar, summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, upon your arrival at the airport our representative will transfer you to the hotel. Located at the bank of Jhelum River Srinagar is a beautiful city with gardens, natural lakes and houseboats. In the afternoon enjoy a shikara boat ride at Dal lake, the joyous sound of the waves coupled with the breathtaking view of Zabarwan hills will give you a peace of mind. At times the flower and boutique vendors may break your reverie. In the evening relax at the boathouse and enjoy a warm dinner. Overnight at the hotel
  • Day 3: Day 3 Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar

    Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar Meals: Breakfast After a healthy breakfast in the morning you will head towards Sonmarg, which is located at a distance of 82 km from Srinagar. Sonmarg literally meanss a ‘meadow of gold’, at Sonmarg you get a feeling of being in Switzerland with beautiful velvety meadow in the foreground, snowcapped mountains in the middle ground and clear blue sky in the background. It has a picture perfect landscape. You will also come across Sindh Nalla where you may do some fishing catch your own trout for lunch. If you are interested you will have an option of taking a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, which is snow, clad round the year. After the breathtaking trip to Sonmarg you will then return to Srinagar. Overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 4: Srinagar - Gulmarg

    Srinagar - Gulmarg Meals: Breakfast & Dinner After a scrumptious breakfast you will head towards Gulmarg, which is approximately 2 hours, drive from Srinagar (around 56 km). Kashmir trip will be incomplete without visiting Gulmarg; you many have seen Gulmarg featuring in Kashmir postcards. At Gulmarg check into the hotel and enjoy your day. Gulmarg is not just famous for its golf course it also houses one of the best ski resort in India. Besides Skiing it offers host of other winter sports like tobogganing, snowboarding in addition to campfires in the night. You can also take a cable car ride to Kangdori/Alpatar. Gulmarg Gondola is Asia’s highest and longest cable car. Enjoy a wonderful dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 5: Gulmarg - Pahalgam

    Gulmarg - Pahalgam Meals: Breakfast & Dinner After a delightful breakfast, you will head towards Pahalgam, which is approximately 3 hours drive from Gulmarg (around 146 Km,). Pahalgam is popularly known as ‘The valley of Shepherds’. You can spend the afternoon with leisure enjoying fishing at Lidder River you have a high chance of catching brown Trout. In the evening check into the hotel and enjoy your dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 6: Pahalgam

    Pahalgam Meals: Breakfast & Dinner The sightseeing of Pahalgam will commence after breakfast. Today you will head to Aru valley, which is around 12 km drive from Lidder River. It has beautiful pine tree and amazing view. You can also take a pony ride to this place. Another popular destination of Pahalgam is Chandanwari; located at a distance of 16 km from Pahalgam it is a picturesque place and a point from which pilgrimage to popular Hindu shrine of Amarnath begins. In the evening you return to the hotel via Baisaran which is located only 5 km from Pahalgam, it offer a panoramic view of the town as well as Lidder valley. You will end your day with dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
  • Day 7: Pahalgam - Srinagar Airport

    Pahalgam - Srinagar Airport Meals: Breakfast After breakfast you will be transferred to Srinagar airport from Pahalgam to board your respective flights. Our representative will drop you to the airport 4 hours prior to your departure. With camera full of photos and heart full of memories you take off from the heaven on earth Kashmir.
