Day 1: Airport / Pinnawala / KandyMeal: Breakfast Arrival and transfer to Kandy. Enroute visit the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela which is a home for about 60 elephants out of which some are baby elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. They are being cared, fed and trained by the wild life authority. Clients will have the opportunity of seeing these ‘babes’ being bottle-fed if visited in time. In the evening visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a cultural show displaying traditional Sri Lankan dancing. Day 2: Kandy city tour/Peradeniya Botanical garden/ KandyMeal: Breakfast After Breakfast do a city tour of Kandy. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings, which is a world heritage site. Drive around the Kandy Lake, visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre and a gem museum and a lapidary where you could see how gems are being cut and polished. Also visit the Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya which is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. Overnight stay at Suisse hotel / Devon hotel / Senani hotel / Hilltop hotel in Kandy or similar.
Day 3: Kandy / Spice garden / ColomboMeal: Breakfast After breakfast proceed to Colombo. Enroute visit a tea factory and tea plantation in Giragama. Also visit a spice garden in Mawenella. In the evening do a city tour of Colombo including shopping visits, 100 year old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings, Pettah bazaar, bargains, the old Parliament in Fort, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple (Gangarama temple), residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent and the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall - BMICH. Overnight stay at Global Towers hotel / Sappire hotel, Colombo
Day 4: Colombo/AirportMeal: Breakfast Early morning after having the breakfast, proceed to Airport with amazing memories from Srilanka.
